Chest opener + upper back release

A quick routine that takes as little as 30 seconds. Do it while waiting for the kettle to boil.
Contracted/tight chest muscles are usually due to computer/desk-based work posture, which results in weak, elongated upper back muscles. Follow along with this simple stretch and welcome back a wee bit of spacer.
