Conferences and Events Wellbeing
We offer thoughtful, therapist-led wellbeing for conferences and events across Edinburgh and the Central Belt. From seated massage and relaxation sessions to more immersive wellbeing experiences, our work is designed to bring calm, care, and meaningful support into busy event environments.
Support your delegates well
Wellbeing can bring something valuable to the flow and feel of an event. It creates space for people to pause, reset, and arrive more fully, especially within conference settings that can be fast-paced, socially demanding, and intellectually full.
By offering accessible wellbeing support as part of the day, you can help delegates feel more at ease, more grounded, and better able to take in what the event is there to offer.
One of the most effective ways to do this is through seated massage: a simple, non-invasive, and popular option that brings immediate benefit within a busy conference setting.
Practical, flexible event support
We can bring wellbeing into events in a way that feels thoughtful, flexible and well integrated. This might include seated massage, relaxation sessions, sound baths, guided meditation, breathwork, or creative wellbeing experiences shaped around your event and audience.
These can be offered throughout the day, or built around the wider rhythm of your event - for example as a pre-event grounding session, a quieter wellbeing space during the day, or a restorative close.
Our approach is warm, professional, and grounded in practitioner experience. We are interested in creating wellbeing experiences that feel supportive, well held and genuinely useful within the life of an event.
A calm presence within busy events
The Wellbeing Folk grew in part from a long-standing relationship with Software Acumen, where our experienced practitioners have become a regular part of the conference experience. Across these events, delegate uptake has been consistently strong, reflecting the value of having calm, skilled wellbeing support within lively and demanding environments.
