Her approach is informed, compassionate, and pragmatic, focusing on practical ways to prevent, mitigate, and remedy challenges to wellbeing on both individual and collective levels. With a specific research focus on trauma, she works to integrate understanding with effective pathways that support people in navigating this complex and nuanced terrain.
Alongside her therapeutic practice, Susan has held senior operational and strategic roles in community wellbeing services, giving her valuable insight into how organisations can meaningfully support the health of their people. She is committed to building approaches that inspire confidence, encourage resilience, and foster cultures where individuals and teams can thrive.
