Services shaped around people, place and purpose

We shape each offer around the people and setting, but these are some of the wellbeing services we most often deliver:

Seated Massage

A practical and popular option for workplaces and events, offering short, through-clothes sessions that reduce tension and create an immediate sense of care. Minimally disruptive to the working day, this service provides a sense of restorative wellbeing to its recipients.

Mindfulness + Meditation

Grounding practices that support calm, focus and nervous system regulation, delivered in a way that is accessible and non-performative. This option is available in person, online or pre-recorded

Yoga + Movement

Gentle, inclusive sessions that help people release stress, reconnect with their bodies and reset physically and mentally. Helps with agility and counters physical inhibition from prolonged sitting at desks.

Workshops + Talks

Thoughtful, accessible sessions designed to support wellbeing in ways that feel relevant to real working lives. These can explore themes such as stress, burnout, boundaries, sustainable self-care, resilience, and nervous system awareness, shaped around the needs of your team, workplace, or event.

Restorative experiences

Gentle, calming experiences designed to help people slow down, reconnect, and restore. These might include sound baths, guided relaxation, or quiet wellbeing spaces at conferences and events, offering a more immersive pause within the flow of a busy day.

Bespoke wellbeing

Tailored support shaped around your brief, your audience and the atmosphere you want created. We have a vast array of skilled and talented specialists on our team and create a truly unique and bespoke offer for you and your people.
